Built in 1995 and founded by the late Mr. Leodegario Bautista Sr. and his wife, Mrs. Concessa “Connie” G Bautista.Has 15 airconditioned hotel rooms, four Dormitory airconditioned rooms that can accomodate up to 20 persons each dorm, a function room at the 3rd floor, overlooking the whole resort and beach, a reasonably priced restaurant with native delicacies, numerous cottages, four long slides and three swimming pools, including toddler pool with couple of lifeguards on duty.
